- 4 pieces canned abalone
- 1 head lettuce (leaves)
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 2 slices ginger, minced
- 1 stalk green onion, diced
- Sauce: 1/2 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix, 1/3 cup water, 1 tsp white pepper, 1/3 cup abalone sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch
Slice the abalones into thick pieces.
Blanch the lettuce until just cooked, then drain and arrange on the serving platter.
Add oil to your wok and stir fry your garlic, ginger, and green onion. Once fried, add in the broth mix and water, then bring to the boil.
Toss in the abalone slices and stir fry until light brown. Pour in the sauce and stir well.
Place the abalone slice on the platter of lettuce, then pour any removing source over and serve hot.
