Knorr® Liquid Seasoning makes a delicious marinade for tender and juicy steak in this recipe. Combined with crisp veggies, this is the perfect stir fry that can be enjoyed with a side of rice or tossed in with noodles.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 onion sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 200g boneless thinly sliced beef sirloin steak
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 cup of baby bok choy (optional)
  • 1 red bell pepper (optional)
  • Marinade: 2/3 cups Knorr® Liquid Seasoning, 1/2 tsp of white sugar, 1 tsp of cornstarch, 2 tbsp oyster sauce

Combine Knorr® Liquid Seasoning with white sugar, cornstarch, oyster sauce in a small bowl then place the beef in the same bowl and mix gently. Set aside for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat then add garlic and cook for 15 seconds.

Add sliced beef from the bowl to the skillet and keep the excess marinade in the bowl. Cook until beef changes colour from red to light brown then set aside.

Add onion and bean sprouts and other optional ingredients and cook for 5 minutes or until soften.

Add beef, cooked noodles or a side of rice, and the remaining sauce from the bowl back in the skillet. Toss until noodles are coated in sauce. Top with green onion if desired and serve!
