All your guests will ask you to remake this delicious beef meatballs and vegetables soup. This soup is also rich in nutrients thanks to the meat, vegetables flavored with Knorr Halal Beef Bouillon Cubes.

  • For the meatballs:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 grams (7 ounces) ground beef meat
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, roughly chopped
  • Salt & pepper, to taste


  • For the soup:
  • 1 1 Knorr Halal Beef Bouillon Cube
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, grated
  • 2 medium carrots, cut into medium cubes
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons rice
  • 400 milliliters (3 cups) water
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 100 grams (5.2 ounces) fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • To garnish:
  • Fresh parsley, roughly chopped
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

To prepare the meatballs, add in a large bowl, the ground meat, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Gently mix all using your hands until well combined. Make sure to not overwork the meat to keep it tender.
Roll the ground meat into small one inch balls.


In a large pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and meatballs and cook them on each side for 3 minutes until lightly golden brown. The inside of the meatballs will finish cooking in the soup. Remove from the heat and set aside.


To prepare the soup, put a large pot over medium-high heat and add the olive oil, onion, garlic. Cook and stir using a wooden spoon for 3 minutes until soft.
Add the carrots cubes, coriander, rice, and continue cooking for 5 minutes until lightly softened.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, add the water and Knorr Halal Beef Bouillon Cube, and bring to a boil until a nice broth is obtained.
Add the beef broth, italian seasoning, salt and pepper if desired. Bring the soup mixture to a boil.


Reduce the heat to medium, add the spinach, meatballs, and lemon juice. Cover the pot and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, until all the ingredients are cooked.
Garnish the meatballs and vegetables soup with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese and serve!
