  • 16 oz instant rice vermicelli noodle
  • 1 tbsp of honey or agave nectar
  • 1 tsp of white pepper
  • 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsps of Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 2 large chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp of hoisin sauce

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 15 minutes

  2. Chop chicken thighs into bite size pieces. Marinade the chicken for at least 30 minutes with ingredients listed.

  3. Skewer the chicken and cook in air fryer for 21 minutes flipping every 3 minutes.

  4. Chop all of your vegetables and toppings

  5. Boil and cook your noodles. Once done, make your dressing.

  6. Prepare your bowl by adding noodles, veggies, chicken skewers, and dressing. Enjoy!
