A sweet and spicy marinade makes for a beautifully tender and tasty pork dish that will have all the family racing to the dinner table. Inspired by Chinese cuisine, this Filipino favorite is easy to make but looks and tastes incredible. Remember – it’s all in the marinade.
Coat a Dutch oven with plenty of cooking spray. Add the seasoned pork and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, until caramelized. Turn pork over and cook for a further 3 minutes.
Remove the pork and pork fat from the pan. Add onions and cook for 2 minutes.
Add Knorr® Liquid Seasoning, broth, lemon juice, and the pork. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Chuck in the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Add the bell pepper, then turn off the stove and cover. Leave to allow the bell pepper to steam.
Serve over steamed rice to a delighted family.
