Tofu Sisig is a vegan take on one of the favorite traditional Filipino dishes. The Tofu Sisig is a healthier alternative to traditional pork sisig. It’s a delicious way to enjoy the bold flavors of sisig in vegetarian form. All that flavor from a simple dish, you only need garlic, a bit of calamansi/lemon juice and Knorr Liquid Seasoning.
Drain tofu and fry cubes until golden brown. Remove from pan.
Saute garlic, onions, bell peppers in vegan butter for 1 min.
Add Knorr Liquid Seasoning, water, calamansi juice/lemon juice, & chili pepper (optional).
Toss in fried tofu and mix well. Serve!
