These tender Chinese chicken wings are quick, easy, and seriously delicious. A simple Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix makes for the perfect marinade and maximum flavor. Stuffed with asparagus, bell pepper, and shiitake, their bursting with juicy tenderness and great taste.

Ingredients
  • 10 pieces chicken wings (debone)
  • 1/3 piece carrots (cut into strips)
  • 1 bunch asparagus (tip only)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (cut into strips)
  • 3 fresh shiitake
  • 1 tbsp Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix

Wash and debone the wings. This is most easily achieved by cutting off one end using a pair of scissors, pulling back the skin and carefully separating the meat from the bone. Marinade the chicken in Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix for 15 minutes.

Peel carrots and cut into strips. Blanch them and set to one side.

Stuff chicken wings with carrots, asparagus, yellow bell pepper, and shiitakes.

Pre-heat a pan of oil. Fry the stuffed wings on a low heat until both sides are golden brown. Serve.
