Ingredients
    • 2 large chicken thighs
    • 16 oz vermicelli noodles
    • Bamboo skewers

 

 

  • Marinate:
  • 2 tbsp Knorr liquid seasoning sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey or agave nectar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp white Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Lemongrass
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce

 

 

  • Toppings:
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Shredded carrots
  • Cilantro
  • Basil
  • Mint

 

 

  • Dressing:
  • 1 tsp Fish sauce
  • 4 tsp water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • Thai chili

Soak bamboo skewers in water for 15 minutes

Chop chicken thighs into bite size pieces. Marinade the chicken for at least 30 minutes with ingredients listed.

Skewer the chicken and cook in air fryer for 21 minutes flipping every 3 minutes.

Chop all of your vegetables and toppings

Boil and cook your noodles. Once done, make your dressing.
