Ingredients
- 4 to 5 cups of water
- 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 thumbs of ginger sliced
- 2 to 3 salmon heads cut in half cleaned and gills removed
- 1 pack of Knorr Miso Tamarind Soup Mix
- 1 eggplant sliced diagonally
- handful of green beans chopped into 3-inch long pieces
- 2 to 3 bunches of bok choy cut in half
- 2 chili peppers
- 1/2 tsp of fish sauce to taste
