This is absolutely the best comfort food and the easiest udon recipe out there. This simple Chinese BBQ pork is the perfect lunch at home for when that craving for noodles strikes. The tasty broth made with Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix and vegetables makes this dish both healthy and filling.

Ingredients
  • 1 pack of single-serve udon noodles
  • 1 tsp of Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • Chinese Bok Choy (or any veggies of choice)
  • Chinese BBQ Pork
  • Optional: Dumplings

Bring water to boil then add 1 tsp of Knorr Chicken Powder and some salt to the pot. Add udon and cook for 4 minutes. Once cooked, remove the udon from the pot and rinse it with cold water and put it in the pot again to keep warm.

In another pot, bring water to boil then add 1 tsp of Knorr Chicken Powder and some salt. Add the Chinese Bok Choy veggies and some dumplings to the boiling water. Cook dumplings for 7 minutes and veggies for 2 minutes. Remove both from the pot.

In a clean bowl, add udon, soup, veggies, dumplings and Chinese BBQ Pork. Top with bell pepper and scallions and enjoy!
