Learn how to make our taro pork ribs recipe – a Chinese classic that’s fantastic comfort food and can be enjoyed all year round thanks to its quick, easy, and delicious marinade. The secret lies in the use of Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix and Knorr® Bouillon Pork Cubes, both of which work to stimulate the senses and tickle your taste buds with an array of deep, rich flavors.
Season pork ribs with the marinade, then peel and cut the taro and green onion into small pieces.
Heat the oil in your saucepan and sauté the garlic until fragrant and golden. Add the pork ribs and fry until brown, then toss in the taro.
Add water and the Knorr® Bouillon Pork Cube, bring to the boil and then reduce to a medium heat and leave to cook for 5 minutes.
Reduce to a low heat and cook for a further 5 minutes before stirring in the green onion and serving fresh and hot.
