Ingredients
  • 1 cube Knorr® Bouillon Pork Cubes
  • 8 4/5 oz pork ribs
  • 8 4/5 oz taro, peeled
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 8 4/5 fl oz water
  • Marinade: 2 tsp cornstarch, 2 tsp Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix, 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying

Season pork ribs with the marinade, then peel and cut the taro and green onion into small pieces.

Heat the oil in your saucepan and sauté the garlic until fragrant and golden. Add the pork ribs and fry until brown, then toss in the taro.

Add water and the Knorr® Bouillon Pork Cube, bring to the boil and then reduce to a medium heat and leave to cook for 5 minutes.

Reduce to a low heat and cook for a further 5 minutes before stirring in the green onion and serving fresh and hot.
