This recipe contains chicken kofta and a variety of vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, leeks and onion, making it a nourishing recipe. The Knorr chicken bouillon also adds a delicious taste to it.
- 250g (8.8 ounces) chicken kofta
- 2 small carrots grated
- 100g (3.5 ounces )cabbage finely chopped
- 3 leeks
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons spring onion chopped
- 1 Knorr Halal Chicken Bouillon Cube
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small pastilla sheets
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
Put the olive oil, carrot, cabbage, leeks, salt and black pepper in a pan over medium heat and stir for 1 minute.
Add the chicken kofta, spring onion, garlic and Knorr Halal Chicken Bouillon and stir for 5 minutes.
Remove the filling from heat and let it cool a bit.
Place the filling on the pastilla sheet and fold the sides over the filling. Then start wrapping the sheet and seal it at the ends using a flour and water mixture.
Brush the spring rolls with butter and put them in the oven at 400°F for 15 minutes until browned.
