For a dish that takes less than 30 minutes to make, this 5-ingredient mushroom orzo looks and tastes as luxurious as a fancy restaurant pasta dinner. The Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix enhances the aroma and taste of the mushroom and creates just the right amount of sauce.
Add butter to a pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until they shrink and get fragrant – about 5 min.
Add orzo, parsley, and fill pan with enough water to cover the orzo by 1/2 inch.
Add Knorr Chicken Powder. Stir.
Reduce to low-medium heat and simmer until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. This should take about 7-10 minutes.
Plate and serve. Garnish with more chopped parsley.
