Tofu sisig is a vegan take on one of the favorite traditional Filipino dishes. This tofu sisig is a healthier alternative to traditional pork sisig. It”s a delicious way to enjoy the bold flavors of sisig from garlic, a bit of calamansi, and Knorr® Liquid Seasoning.
Drain tofu and fry cubes until golden brown. Remove from pan.
Saute garlic, onions, bell peppers in vegan butter for 1 min.
Add Knorr Liquid Seasoning, water, calamansi juice/lemon juice, & chili pepper (optional).
Toss in fried tofu and mix well. Serve!
