Ingredients
  • Sauce recipe:
  • 1/2 tablespoons cooking oil 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 
  • 1/4 cup chopped shallot
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce (3 crabs)
  • 1/4 cup sugar 
  • 1/2 cup water 
  • 1/2 tablespoons Knorr Tamarind Soup Mix

  • For the spring rolls:
  • Salmon
  • Lemongrass
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder

In a saucepan add oil and garlic. Cook until garlic fragrant and lightly golden.

Add shallot and continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Add water, sugar, fish sauce and tamarind mix. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Taste and adjust.

Marinate salmon with lemon grass, salt, pepper, sugar, onion powder and garlic powder for 15 minutes. Fry, air fry or grill until cooked.

Notes

Another way of rolling so it doesn’t burst open. Fold the bottom over. Just to where you’ll lay your protein. This will give them an extra layer of protection. One side open so you can have the sauce on your first dip. Enjoy 😉
