No one can ever go wrong with a good pasta dish. This chicken and mushroom spaghetti shared by @eat_car is a quick and easy recipe favorite for any weeknight. The Knorr® Chicken Bouillon Cube makes the sauce even richer in flavor and so fulfilling.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken thigh, chopped to small chunks
  • 1 lb button mushroom, sliced
  • 1.1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 Knorr® Chicken Bouillon cube
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 tsps olive oil
  • 4 tsps salt
  • 2 tsps black pepper

In large frying pan, put in olive oil and cook sliced onions along with chopped garlic until golden brown. Then add in chicken thigh until fully cooked.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil then add in spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain water and set aside.

Pour in cooked chicken with garlic and onions into large pot. Add in 2 cups of water and 1 Knorr® Chicken Bouillon Cube and bring to boil. Then add in whipping cream and butter.

Once the mixture has thickened into a sauce, add in the mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste.

Pour sauce over spaghetti and pasta is ready to be served.
