Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix combines with soy sauce, sherry wine, and sugar for well-balanced flavor and a rich and satisfying finish.   • 1 (18 oz – 20 oz) pre-cooked lobster
  • 1 small onion, shredded
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, shredded
  • 1 stalk (5 leaves) basil, shredded
  • Seasoning: 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sherry wine, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 1/2 tsp Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix, 1 tsp vegetable oil

Place the lobster tail on a chopping board and cut vertically down the center.


Remove the meat and cut into chunks. Make sure you save the shell for later.


Pre-heat the oven to 425F. Mix the lobster meat with the onion, pepper, and seasoning ingredients.


Stuff the lobster mixture back into the shell and place it on an oven-safe plate. You can include the lobster head for decorative purposes if you wish.


Bake in the preheated oven for 15-minutes. Garnish with shredded basil and serve immediately.
