Peas, corn, and green onion give the dish an enjoyably fresh feel, while Knorr® Liquid Seasoning enhances the flavor of your rice. Served as either a main or a side, this classic Chinese fried rice recipe will satisfy even the most demanding of diners.

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 oz BBQ pork (pork loin), diced
  • 1 oz roasted duck breast, skinless, diced
  • 7 oz steamed white rice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp Knorr® Liquid Seasoning
  • 2/3 oz green peas
  • 1 oz corn kernels
  • 1/3 oz green onion, chopped

Heat your oil in a saucepan and stir-fry BBQ pork and roasted duck until a fragrant odor is released. Add steamed white rice and the egg.


Add the Knorr® Liquid Seasoning and mix.


Chuck in green peas and the corn, then stir-fry quickly. Garnish with green onion.
