Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 oz beef
  • 8 4/5 oz sugar snap peas
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • Sauce: 1/4 tsp Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix, 1 tsp Knorr® Liquid Seasoning, 1/4 tsp cornstarch, 1/2 tsp sichuan chilli powder, 1/2 tsp soybean paste, 3 tbsp water
  • Simmer: 1 tsp Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix, 20 oz water
  • Marinade: 1/4 tsp Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix, 1/2 tsp Knorr® Liquid seasoning, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 tsp water, pinch sugar and sesame oil

Cut the beef into thick strips and marinate in your pre-prepared seasoning for around 30 minutes.

Remove the strings from the sugar snap peas, then de-seed the red chili peppers. Follow this up by cutting them into strips.

Boil water with 1 tsp of Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix in a pot, throw in the sugar snap peas and boil for 2 minutes until they’ve soaked up a little flavor. Drain them and set them to one side.

Place 2 tbsp oil in a pan and pre-heat. Stir-fry the beef until it’s cooked between medium and well done, then remove it from the saucepan.

In the same pan, add in the garlic and the rest of your ingredients, then stir and mix well. Toss the beef back into the saucepan, add in the sauce, and mix well.
