A 10-minute marinade ensures your tender beef fillet is packed full of flavor, while hot green peppers deliver a delightful kick in to make this one of our favorite Chinese sautéed beef dishes. This simple recipe is finished off with Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix, ensuring your meal looks, smells, and tastes just like it should.
Cut the beef into half an inch fillets and set aside.
Remove seeds from the hot green peppers and cut into half inch strips. Set to one side.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a saucepan. Add the beef fillets and sauté until they change color. Remove from the saucepan and keep aside.
Add the peppers to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes or until just tender.
Add the garlic, then cook for 30 seconds.
Put the steak back in the pan with the peppers. Add soy sauce, chopped green onion, stir for a few minutes, then serve.
