This simple wonton soup recipe is made with Knorr Chicken Broth Mix® and Knorr® Liquid Seasoning to bring out the delicious flavors of this dish. It sure will be a real treat anyone can make to bring good Chinese cooking home.
Add all the ingredients except for the bok choy, dried egg noodles and dumplings into a large pot. Bring to a boil then let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Boil and strain dried egg noodles for 2-4 minutes then place in serving bowl.
Blanch the bok choy and warm dumplings in the broth then place on top of the egg noodles.
Use a ladle to pour broth over noodles, dumpings and vegetables. Garnish with scallions.
